Our Story
RNR & CO was founded in 2021 in Hyderabad by three Chartered Accountants – CA Narasinga Rao Burada, CA Rishik Kommuri and CA Rahul Nune – after successful stints with Big 4 firms PwC, EY and Deloitte respectively. The vision was simple but ambitious: bring Big 4–level rigour, insight and professionalism to entrepreneurs, startups and growing businesses that rarely get that quality of attention.
What began as a small practice focused on audit, tax planning and return filing for domestic corporates and small business owners quickly started to evolve. Working closely with promoters and finance teams, the firm helped clients maintain audit compliance, streamline their finance functions and free up bandwidth to focus on growth. Strong execution, clear communication and practical advice led to steady growth, and within a short span RNR & CO grew into a 20+ member team supporting hundreds of businesses across India
As clients scaled, their needs became more complex. In response, RNR & CO expanded beyond routine audit and compliance services into specialised domains such as Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and IND AS conversion and implementation. The firm also began handling GST and Income Tax departmental correspondence and dispute matters, not only for its own clients but also on referral from other CA firms.
Today, RNR & CO is recognised as a young, dynamic CA firm known for its depth in audit, taxation, business laws and departmental representations. Within professional and business circles, the firm is widely sought for reasoned opinions, structured documentation and strategic handling of notices and assessments – continuing the founding vision of combining high-end expertise with hands-on, partner-led service for every client.

Mr. Narasinga Rao Burada is the Founding Partner of the firm and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 6+ years of professional experience in taxation and audit. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2019. He has further strengthened his technical expertise with a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI.
He brings a unique blend of Big 4 experience and entrepreneurial vision to the partnership. He commenced his professional journey in 2020 with PwC, where he developed strong foundations in financial audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple industry verticals. This exposure equipped him with comprehensive knowledge of global accounting standards and best practices that continues to benefit clients today.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he established his independent practice, B Narasinga Rao & Co., in 2021, focusing on specialized taxation and compliance advisory for mid-market corporates and high-net-worth individuals. His commitment to client service excellence and strategic growth led to the evolution of the practice into RNR & Co. (formerly R K N & Associates), adopting a structured partnership model to deliver enhanced value through collaborative expertise.

Mr. Rishik Kommuri is the Founding Partner of the firm and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of professional experience in taxation and audit. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2019 at the age of 21 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University. He has further strengthened his technical expertise with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI, and is currently pursuing LLB to deepen his understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, he is engaged as an Expert Consultant in Commercial Accounting and Financial Audit with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) on a contractual basis.
Before founding the firm in December 2021, he gained valuable exposure working with EY and Deloitte, where he handled diverse assignments in Audit and Assurance for a wide range of clients. His current practice spans across Direct tax, GST, Audit & Assurance, giving him a balanced view of both compliance and advisory requirements. His professional approach combines strong technical knowledge with practical, solution‑oriented advice, with a particular interest in problem solving for complex tax matters, representation, and working closely with promoters and founders on strategy.
Known for being innovative, value‑adding and client‑focused, he enjoys interpreting law and explaining it in simple, actionable language so that clients feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Within the firm, he also leads learning and development initiatives, with emphasis on weekly training, improving communication and presentation skills for trainees, and encouraging them to participate in seminars and other extracurricular activities to build confidence and morale. He is driven by the freedom to build long‑term relationships and create value for both clients and society through his work.

He previously worked with Deloitte, one of the Big 4 firms, where he gained valuable experience handling diverse audit and compliance assignments across various industry sectors. This exposure equipped him with a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks that continue to benefit clients today.
Driven by entrepreneurial ambition and a desire to deliver personalized client service, he established his independent practice, Rahul Nune & Co., in 2022, focusing on audit, tax advisory, and compliance solutions for corporates and businesses. His commitment to professional excellence and collaborative growth led to the merger of his practice with RNR & Co. in 2024, strengthening the firm's audit and assurance capabilities.
He has further enhanced his technical credentials with a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI and the Concurrent Audit Certification from ICAI, reflecting his focus on specialized audit and cross-border tax matters.
