Founded in 2021 in Hyderabad by Narasinga Rao Burada, Rishik Kommuri and Rahul Nune, RNR & Co was established with a clear vision of bringing Big 4–level rigour, insight and professionalism to startups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses. Backed by prior experience at PwC, EY and Deloitte, the firm began with audit, tax planning and compliance services, quickly expanding as it partnered closely with clients to streamline finance functions and support growth.  

Within a short span, it grew into a 20+ member team serving businesses across India, while broadening its expertise into specialised areas such as Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, IND AS implementation, and handling GST and Income Tax matters, including departmental representations and disputes. Today, RNR & Co is recognised as a dynamic CA firm known for its strong execution, practical advice and partner-led approach, delivering high-quality, strategic financial and regulatory support.
